1952 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith
Travel in 1950’s elegant sporting style Chauffeur driven in our Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith Rippon Bros. Sports Saloon. This rare and unique motorcar being the last coachwork that Rippon Bros. of Huddersfield built on a Rolls-Royce chassis and was displayed on their stand at the 1952 Earls Court Motor Show.
Elegant coachwork finished to a very high standard in Black and Ivory livery with gleaming chrome including the impressive radiator and Lucas P100 headlamps give this Rolls-Royce car an impressive statement where ever it arrives. The interior, re-trimmed with new light grey leather upholstery with matching Wilton carpets, contrasts well with the restored very elegant original walnut veneer cabinet woodwork adding to the luxury offered by this unique car.
Although this car is a Sports Saloon there is still room for three adults on the rear seat and adequate room between the bench front seat and rear seat to accommodate the wedding dress. Having a flat floor entry and leaving is very dignified and straight forward as your dress will always follow with no creases caused by lifting in and out of foot wells!
This car offers both a formal presence and, with its lower sleek lines and luxury interior, a more sporting appeal. Pictures updated April 2009.
